Isabel is the manager and we must say that weve had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time weve come here. One time, we were shorted during our drivethrough order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you wont be disappointed!! ”
“ This El Pollo Loco is great. The staff is friendly. Ive visited so much some of them know my name and one even asked if I wanted the usual. The employees certainly care. Other than that I quite enjoy the menu options. Its all chicken and that makes the menu feel a bit limited but they make a good use of what they have. It can get very busy at lunch time, especially during covid, with a line wrapping through the parking lot. At times walking in is your best bet. Its fast food. You wont have a religious food experience here but in general their service is fast and tasty enough. They always get my order correct and for fast food I think those are the most important elements. ”

I love going to this location because the service is alway fast and the restaurant is clean, not to mention the staff they are always so helpful and kind. No matter of its the drive thru or inside the restaurant, they are always consistent. 5 stars always!!! ”
